This systematic review and meta-analysis will estimate the pooled proportions of adequate first-aid knowledge, favourable attitudes, and appropriate practices among school teachers in East Africa. A systematic search across Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science will be executed to synthesize quantitative observational data. Study quality will be evaluated using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) critical appraisal checklist. Summary indicators will be pooled using a random-effects model to inform school safety policies and regional educational frameworks
