A time-series model was employed to forecast adoption rates, incorporating historical data from energy-related studies. The analysis highlights the need for continued investment and policy support to sustain these stations' effectiveness. Policy makers should consider incentives for new station establishment and continuous monitoring to ensure optimal resource allocation. The empirical specification follows $Y=\beta_0+\beta^\top X+\varepsilon$, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
