Model output, analysis notebooks and figures for related study (see Related Works and Publishing Information - to be updated with publication references), simulated with VECTRI-ABM — an agent-based model coupled to the VECTRI vector-ecology model. Four simulations over Senegal, 1990–2003, at daily resolution on a 140 × 100 grid. Output includes prevalence, clinical incidence, immunity and entomological inoculation rate, disaggregated into 16 age bands, together with CDO-derived climatological aggregates. ▎ Contents▎ - Model_output/ — netCDF output for the four experiments, each with the model source, Makefile, namelist and parameter file used for that run▎ - Simulation/ — run script, parameters, driving data (rainfall, temperature, population, cell area) and instructions to reproduce all four simulations▎ - Notebooks/ — Jupyter notebooks generating each figure▎ - PDFs/ — the resulting figures▎ - COMPRESSION_README.txt — full details of the storage format▎▎ Storage format. Files are netCDF-4 with internal compression, read transparently by any netCDF-capable tool; no decompression step is required. Floating-point fields are stored to 4 significant digits (largest relative error 4.9 × 10⁻⁴); the integer-valued Age and Nagent, and all coordinate variables, are bit-exact.▎▎ Missing values. In rain and t2m, missing data is flagged with the value −9999, inherited from the CHIRPS forcing. The declared _FillValue does not match it, so this is not decoded automatically — mask it explicitly before any arithmetic. See COMPRESSION_README.txt.▎▎ The model is archived separately at doi:10.5281/zenodo.22146187 (concept DOI) and 10.5281/zenodo.22146188 (version v1.0.0 DOI), and publicly available at github.com
