Genotype data for pharmacogenomic variants in Tanzanian pediatric cancer patients

This dataset contains de-identified genotype data for selected pharmacogenomic variants analyzed in 155 pediatric cancer patients receiving chemotherapy at Bugando Medical Centre, Mwanza, Tanzania. Genotyping was performed using the Agena Bioscience MassARRAY® platform. Variants include CYP3A5 (*3 and *6), SLC19A1 (rs1051296), TPMT (*2, *3B, *3C), NUDT15 (rs116855232), GSTP1 (rs1695), CYBA (rs4673), NCF4 (rs1883112), and CEP72 (rs924607). The dataset supports the analysis of pharmacogenomic variant distribution in an underrepresented African pediatric oncology population.
