GEOSPATIAL DATA GOVERNANCE PLAN FOR THE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION AUTHORITY, ZAMBIA REA GOVERNANCE PLAN

This Data Governance Plan establishes a framework for managing geospatial and project information used by the Rural Electrification Authority (REA) in planning, coordinating and implementing rural electrification programmes in Zambia. The plan defines the policies, institutional roles, responsibilities, standards and procedures required to ensure that rural electrification data is accurate, current, secure, traceable and readily available for decision-making. It is intended for REA management, technical departments (Strategy & Engineering), project planning teams, and other staff involved in the collection, management and use of rural electrification information.
