Turn **Developer mode** on (toggle in the top-right corner). 4. Click **Load unpacked**. 5. Select the **`adey_calendar`** project folder (the directory that contains `manifest.json`). Chrome will install the extension in developer mode. 6. **Pin or open the extension:** Click the puzzle icon in the toolbar and pin **Adey Ethiopian Calendar**, or click its icon to open the popup. **Notes:** - No separate build step is required for local testing; the extension uses ES modules and loads assets directly from the repo. - On **Windows**, do not create files named reserved device names (e.g. `nul`, `con`) in the project folder—Chrome may refuse to load the extension. ## How to Use (for Users) 1. **Install:** Find and install the "Adey Calendar" extension from the Chrome Web Store. 2. **Open:** Click the Adey Calendar icon in your browser toolbar …
