# Modelling Vaccination Impact on COVID19 in African Countries This is the Python implementation of the SIDARTHE-V model for modelling vaccination impact on COVID19 in seven African Countries. This project contains seven folders corresponding to the seven african countries of interest. In each folder, there are 1. a jupiter notebook containing the code use to fit the model SIDARTHE-V to the data 2. the COVID19 datasets published by the health authorities.
