Year 2 Targets ## COP Targets Setting Process The main goal of this process is to make sure the country reaches the UN Epi-Control Goal of 95-95-95 or 90-90-90. 1. Acquire and review PLHIV numbers for the current targeted Fiscal Year (COP Year + 1) 2. Get the current TX_CURR numbers for the Q1 of the COP Year (Eg: FY24Q1) and estimate what they will look like by Q4 3. Estimate the ART Coverage and the Unmet Need (Gap) at 90 or 95% 4. Estimate how much TX_NEW will be needed to close the GAP (+ ~2% loss) 5. Estimate how many HTS POS will be needed to get the # of TX_NEW (x ~98% linkage rate) + % from each HTS moralities, PMTCT, and TB 6.
