This is an application that talks about the naming in Ghana such that the system is able to give an individual his or her Akan name depending on the day they were born # Akan names This Repository contains code for my akan name aplication. ##### By Rebecca Nayere ## Description This is an aplication that submits your Akan name also known as Ghana name. Akan names are names given to children in Ghana according to the day of the week they were born also known as the ("day names").The application prompts the user to input their day of birth then it calculates and displays the name of the user in accordance to the gender of the user. ### Cloning github.com ## Setup Instructions * git clone * Navigate to the akan names folder. * Open the folder in your editor. ## Technologies Used * HTML * CSS * bootsrap *javascript #BDD - Enter your birthday details You will input your details by typing or by clicking on the provided calender. -Choose your gender either Male or Female field provided since your akan name will be outputed only when you have provided the gender and your valid dates so you need to understand that the gender section is important. -The submit button is the part where your input or your details have been fed to the application and then it display or output your Akan name and the day your were born in case you forget to choose the gender or the correct date aprompt message will appear to inform you to input the correct details. ## Contribution Incase of any contributions, feel free to do so by visitingthis link github.com Attachments area ### License [ Copyright (c) 2020 **mids**
