The following rules define our specific technical workflows, communication protocols, and operational logistics required for this project: ## 1. Communication & Coordination * **Methods of Communication:** * **WhatsApp:** Used exclusively for urgent updates, daily asynchronous stand-ups, and immediate blockers. * **GitHub Discussions/Issues:** Used for all technical discussions, code-related queries, and feature planning. * **Response Times:** * Urgent messages on WhatsApp require a response within **4 hours** during waking hours. * Technical questions or PR reviews on GitHub require a response within **12 hours**. * **Meetings:** * All team members must attend the weekly Sprint Planning and Sprint Review sessions. * Daily Scrum (Stand-up) will be conducted asynchronously via a dedicated WhatsApp thread (3-bullet-point update by 10:00 AM daily). * The Scrum Master will coordinate all virtual meetings via Google Meet and send invites 24 hours in advance.
