Nasi: An assistive Python + ML/NLP system designed to provide inclusive solutions for differently abled users in Kenya. Nasi — PDF to Excel (with Vosk models helper) This package contains the Nasi app (light version) and a helper script `fetch_models.py` to download Vosk English/Swahili models. Steps: 1. Unzip 2. (Optional) Use Docker: docker-compose build docker-compose up 3. Or run locally: chmod +x run_app.sh ./run_app.sh 4. To download speech models (English + Swahili), run: python fetch_models.py - If automatic URLs fail for Swahili you can paste a direct download URL when prompted.
