Power BI dashboard analysing Ghana downstream petroleum distribution across 213 OMCs using real NPA BIDEC data, January 2025 to April 2026
# NPA Petroleum Distribution Analysis — Ghana (2025–2026)
## Project Overview
This project analyses Ghana's downstream petroleum distribution sector using real operational data from the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) BIDEC reporting system. The dataset covers 213 licensed Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) across 17 petroleum product categories from January 2025 to April 2026 — a 16-month window capturing full-year 2025 performance and early 2026 trends.
Built as part of an MSc Applied Business Analytics portfolio at Glasgow Caledonian University.
