Focusing on urban centers such as Lagos, the project highlights how fragmented reporting systems limit operational visibility, reduce accountability, and delay response efforts. This work demonstrates how data can be used to improve service delivery, inform policy decisions, and strengthen communication between citizens and public service providers. --- ## Problem Statement Waste reporting in Nigeria is decentralized across multiple channels, including phone calls, physical visits, and social media.
