Algerian Forest Fire Prediction System using Machine Learning and Flask. Built with Ridge Regression to predict Fire Weather Index (FWI) based on meteorological parameters. # Forest Fire Weather Index Prediction This project is a Machine Learning web application that predicts the Fire Weather Index (FWI) using meteorological and environmental parameters from the Algerian Forest Fire dataset. The application uses a Ridge Regression model trained on selected features after preprocessing and feature engineering. The model takes inputs such as temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, rainfall, FFMC, DMC, ISI, classes, and region to estimate the Fire Weather Index. Feature scaling is performed using StandardScaler to improve model performance.
