The platform enables users to explore regional malaria case patterns across Ghana's ten former administrative regions (2012–2023), investigate nonlinear relationships between climate variables and malaria, and interact with fitted GAM and GAMM model outputs — all through an intuitive browser-based interface. --- ## Background Malaria remains endemic across all of Ghana and is influenced by diverse seasonal and climatic factors.
