Clone this repository 2. Open R in the project directory 3. Run `renv::restore()` to install required packages 4. Download the harmonised dataset from Zenodo: Integrated DHS-GBD dataset… 5. Place the dataset in the `data/` folder as `merged_gbd_dhs_complete_clean.csv` 6. Run `source("scripts/01_analysis_PaperC.R")` ## Key Findings Mental health burden increased by 21.7% during the COVID-19 pandemic across 10 SSA countries.
