## Project Overview
This project replicates and extends the baseline analysis of the
Uganda Land Titling Impact Evaluation (UGA_2015_LTIE-BL_v01_M),
a World Bank DIME study assessing the impact of a systematic land
registration program in rural Western and Eastern Uganda.

## Important Note on Treatment Assignment
The randomization in this study was conducted at the parish level
across 150 parishes in nine districts of Western and Eastern Uganda.
**The treatment assignment variable was not included in the public
data release**, consistent with standard World Bank anonymization
practice for RCT datasets.
As a result, this analysis is limited to descriptive and
correlational work on the baseline data. Causal impact estimation
requires the treatment assignment file, which is available upon
direct request to the principal investigators :
