Target user has no private health insurance, is on a 3–6 year prosthetic wait in most cases, and has almost no access to rehabilitation, mental health care, or follow-up support after leaving hospital. The app provides peer-led orientation through the journey (video, voice memos, written pieces from real amputees), phase-gated exercise guidance, daily self-monitoring, guided mirror therapy for phantom limb pain, mental health screening and psychoeducation, and a caregiver section.
