**Kinyarwanda ↔ English translation app** built for the GIP Rwanda Community — students and remote teams working across language barriers.

## Deployment to Vercel
### Step 1 — Get an Anthropic API Key
1. Go to console.anthropic.com
2. Create an account or log in
3. Go to **API Keys** → click **Create Key**
4. Copy the key (starts with `sk-ant-...`)

### Step 2 — Upload to GitHub
1. Create a new repository on github.com
2. Upload all these project files into the repo
- You can drag & drop in the GitHub web UI, or use Git:

git commit -m "Initial commit"
git remote add origin github.com
git push -u origin main
```

### Step 3 — Deploy on Vercel
1. Go to vercel.com and sign in (free account)
2. Click **Add New → Project**
3. Import your GitHub repository
4. Leave all build settings as default
5. **Before deploying**, add the environment variable:
- Click **Environment Variables**
- Name: `ANTHROPIC_API_KEY`
- Value: `sk-ant-...` (your key from Step 1)
6. Click **Deploy**
Vercel will give you a live URL like `gip-rwanda-tra …
