It enables USAID, FHI 360, and key stakeholders to monitor progress, identify delays, and support evidence-based decision-making. ## Key features include: - Activity status tracking (Completed, In Progress, Not Started, Overdue) - Regional performance comparison - Deadline monitoring and flagging of overdue activities - Interactive filters for regions, partners, and timeframes ## 🧩Technologies Used - Google Sheets – Data collection and central storage - Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) – Data visualization - Google Forms – Front-end data input for activity status updates ## 📂 Project Structure - Google Forms - Dataset - Interactive Dashbord View Dashboard ## 🚀How It Works - Data Entry: Field officers or M&E staff update activity statuses via Google Forms. - Data Flow: Google Form responses are stored in a linked Google Sheet. - Visualization: Looker Studio connects to the Sheet to render interactive charts and tables. ## 📌Future Enhancements - Integration with MySQL for automation - Role-based dashboards per region - Automated email alerts for overdue tasks - Mobile responsiveness for easy field access ## 📄License This project is intended for internal use within FHI 360 and partners under the USAID-ASBC project.
