About the Project The Malawi Environmental Health Toolkit aims to make practical research resources easier to access, understand, adapt, and reuse. The project brings together resources for students, researchers, practitioners, and other people working in Environmental Health and related public health fields. The initial focus is on research methodology, environmental monitoring, food safety, water quality, data analysis, and research reporting. Objectives - Provide practical and reusable research resources. - Support reproducible environmental health research. - Improve access to data-analysis guidance and templates. - Provide resources relevant to Malawi and similar settings. - Encourage collaboration and contribution from the wider Environmental Health community. Areas Covered Food Safety Resources related to food safety research, including food contamination, hygiene assessment, and risk-related data analysis. Water Quality Resources for environmental water-quality assessment, sampling, data management, and interpretation. Research Methods Practical materials covering study design, sampling, questionnaires, data collection, and research reporting. Data Analysis Guidance and examples for analysing Environmental Health research data using tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, and other open-source software.
