Adherence Determinants Network – Sub-Saharan Africa =================================================== This repository contains the interactive outputs of a systematic review and meta-analysis on adherence to treatment and self-care for diabetes and hypertension in Sub-Saharan Africa. It includes an interactive network visualization, a searchable edges table, and summary key findings to support policy recommendations. --------------------------------------------------- Project Background --------------------------------------------------- Diabetes and hypertension are rising rapidly across Sub-Saharan Africa, contributing significantly to premature morbidity and mortality. Effective management relies on medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and self-monitoring, yet adherence rates are often suboptimal.
