This project is undertaken in order to help the Lozi people have the long treasured Dictionary by Mr. A. Jalla in a software # Lozi-English-Dictionary **INTRODUCTION** This dictionary was written by J.A Jalla. It is long treasured dictionary in the Lozi tribe. **THE NEED** The dictionary though well loved by the people, no application has been made for people to easly access it. Knowing again that we live in a world where many people have smart phones or PCs, having the doctionary as an app can help many people. As ELC we have taken this work of making a software and phone application. **OPEN SOURCE** THE Software is an open source, it is open to changes and improvements by contributors that have a good knowledge in software engeneering. **Dictionary formatting** This format is specifically adopted only in this dictionary software. The hard copy of the Lozi-English Dictionary does not use this formatting.
