Open datasets of African banking infrastructure, maintained by Mansa API — the African financial data API.

## Data quality rules
1. **No invented data.** A `null` SWIFT or USSD field means no official source
publishes one — several fintech banks (e.g. Kuda) genuinely have no USSD code,
whatever the listicles say.
2. **Provenance.** Registry records are verified against official sources —
the BCEAO's licensed-institutions register, national treasury lists
(DGTCFM Cameroon, CNEF Congo), and bank …
