This build is tailored to **Tanzania** and the **MEWAKA** classroom-observation framework. **▶ Open `index.html`** (or the live link) and tap through the phone like a real WhatsApp chat. Toggle **Annotations** in the side panel to see the design rationale behind each screen; use the chapter chips to jump around. ### What it walks through 1. **Onboarding** that earns trust — the promise up front: this is coaching, not monitoring. 2. **A daily morning plan** — one doable action, context before any judgement. 3. **The teacher, not a scoreboard** — growth + one focus area, never a raw score. 4. **MEWAKA capture** — record the lesson → Rumi drafts the form → the officer edits and submits. 5. **The coaching conversation** — a warm, specific script that ends with one thing to practise. 6. **Feedback on the coaching** — Rumi reflects with the officer on how it went. 7. **The mentor** — a companion to confide in, that gently steers back to the mission. 8. **Same page** — the officer sees what the teacher receives. 9. **What we measure** — collaboration and change, never observation counts or scores. ### The one idea it protects A field officer who leaves every classroom as a **coach the teacher trusts** — not an inspector she performs for.
