# Bridging the Skills Gap: Entry-Level Jobs in Ghana
## Research Question
What skills do employers commonly request in entry-level jobs in Ghana?
## Objective
To identify the skills most frequently requested by employers and examine what this may mean for graduate employability.
## Methodology
I analyzed 10 entry-level job advertisements from different industries in Ghana. I recorded whether eight selected skills were mentioned in each advertisement.
