Xhosa, Zulu, and Sotho anchor the Southern African side — languages of South Africa with Muslim minority communities that have genuine and growing content needs. Mende, Tem, Ife, Fon, and Bassa anchor the West African side — smaller languages across Sierra Leone, Togo, Nigeria, Benin, and Liberia where Islamic presence exists but native-language Islamic digital infrastructure is thin.
