JobFindSA - South African Market Place # JobFind SA — production-ready MVP foundation A Next.js job board for South Africa with public job search, job pages, employer posting, admin moderation, Supabase authentication and Postgres/RLS. ## 1. Install Node.js 20.9+ recommended. ```bash npm install npm run dev ``` ## 2. Connect Supabase 1. Create a Supabase project. 2. Open SQL Editor and run `supabase/schema.sql`. 3. Copy `.env.example` to `.env.local` and add your project URL and publishable key. 4. Restart the dev server. 5. Create your first account at `/login`. 6. Promote that account to admin in Supabase Table Editor: `profiles.role = 'admin'`. RLS is enabled so published jobs are public, employers manage their own submissions, and only admins can moderate/delete all jobs. ## 3. Deploy Push this folder to GitHub, import it into Vercel, and add the same environment variables in Project Settings. Add the production site URL to Supabase Auth URL Configuration. ## 4.
