# Kenya in Data — Public Website (`docs/`)
This directory contains the deliberately simple, public-facing homepage for **Kenya in Data**. It is a dependency-free static site configured for deployment through **GitHub Pages**.

## Local Preview
From the root project directory:
```bash
python3 -m http.server 8000 --directory docs
```
Then open `
localhost` in your web browser.
## Deployment on GitHub Pages
1. Push this repository to GitHub.
2. In GitHub, go to **Settings** → **Pages**.
3. Under **Build and deployment > Source**, select **Deploy from a branch**.
4. Choose Branch: `main` and Folder: `/docs`.
5. Click **Save**.
