This chatbot UI was designed to provide a friendly, accessible conversational entry point into their platform — reducing friction for first-time users and guiding them toward relevant resources. --- ## Design Focus **Conversational flow** Clear, structured message bubbles with distinct visual separation between user and bot responses. Typing indicators and timestamp context to feel natural and human. **Input affordances** Primary text input with quick-reply chips for common actions — reduces typing effort and guides users toward valid paths without overwhelming them with options. **Accessibility** High-contrast text, legible font sizing, and tap targets sized for mobile use.
