This project entails developing a Search Agent that analyzes the most recent policies for various industries in Africa, including a Reporting Agent that creates a detailed report based on a particulatr industry policy analysis and research findings. # Agentic-AI-CrewAI-on-AWS This project entails developing a Search Agent that analyzes the most recent policies for various industries in Africa, including a Reporting Agent that creates a detailed report based on a particulatr industry policy analysis and research findings. ## Project structure - `components/` - core Python modules: - `crew.py` - `main.py` - `config/` - YAML configuration files: - `agents.yaml` - `tasks.yaml` - `tools/` - custom tools package: - `__init__.py` - `custom_tools.py` ## Requirements - Python 3.8+ - (Optional) Any runtime dependencies used by `custom_tools.py` — none are required by default in this repository snapshot. ## File summaries - **Crew module**: src/components/crew.py — Defines the `ResearchCrew` `CrewBase` with LLM configuration, agents (`search_agent`, `reporting_analyst`), tasks, and a `crew()` factory. - **Main entry**: src/components/main.py — Project entrypoint / runner for starting the crew (module-level script). - **Agents config**: src/config/agents.yaml — YAML definitions for agent configurations referenced by `ResearchCrew`. - **Tasks config**: src/config/tasks.yaml — YAML task specifications referenced by `ResearchCrew`. - **Tools package init**: src/components/tools/__init__.py — Package initializer for custom tools. - **Custom search tool**: src/components/tools/custom_tools.py — Implements `SearchTool` (subclass of `BaseTool`) that wraps `DuckDuckGoSearchRun` for online searches and returns results or an error string. - **Notes / Dependencies**: Uses `crewai`, `pydantic`, `langchain_community` (DuckDuckGo), and `python-dotenv` — include these in `requirements.txt` if you publish the repo. ## Configuration - Configuration files live in `config/`: - See src/config/agents.yaml and src/config/tasks.yaml.
