# CCRF Reproducible Figures for Candidate OECMs
This repository contains the data and RMarkdown workflow used to reproduce the figures for the paper on the **Composite Coastal Resilience Framework (CCRF)** and Fisheries Other Effective Area-based Conservation Measure (OECM) effectiveness.
The workflow focuses on four figure groups used in the paper:
1. Fish Forever portfolio CCRF results.
2. Mozambique and Wilipihera CCRF results.
3. Selected CCRF indicator values across Wilipihera candidate OECMs.
4. Top 20 income-source combinations in Wilipihera candidate OECMs.
The main reproducible analysis file is:

Running this RMarkdown file reads the input data from `data/raw/` and writes figure outputs to `outputs/figures/`.

The `src/` folder is reserved for future helper scripts or reusable functions. The current workflow is contained in the RMarkdown file.

All required input files should be placed in `data/raw/`.

- Portfolio CCRF status summaries.
