# Lamed Digital Health – Telemedicine System
## Overview
Lamed Digital Health is a telemedicine platform developed to address healthcare access gaps in post-conflict and resource-limited settings. The system enables remote consultation, secure patient data handling, and scalable digital care delivery.
## Motivation
Working as a physician and OPD Director in a high-burden healthcare system, I identified critical gaps in continuity of care, access to specialists, and digital infrastructure. This project was developed as a practical solution to bridge these gaps.

## Security Design
The system incorporates a hybrid encryption model to ensure patient data privacy and secure communication. Sensitive data is encrypted before transmission and storage.
## Future Development (Research Direction)
This platform is designed as a foundation for:
* AI-driven clinical decision support systems
* Integration of machine learning models for diagnosis assistance
* Natural language processing (NLP) on clinical data
* Bias-aware medical AI systems in low-resource settings
