# What is the role of obesity in smoking behaviour among Continental African ancestry individuals? ## Authors - Mukisa John - Shakirah Namuli - Marion Nyaboke - Kester Tindi - Venexia Walker (Tutor) ## Using this code - **clean_exposure.R**: This script applies a p-value threshold of 1e-5 to restrict the data and summarizes the sample size and allele frequency for the dataset. The script retains the fixed effect meta-analysis beta as the effect estimate. - **clean_outcome.R**: This script prepares the outcome data by separating snpid into the component parts and removing unncessary variables. - **map_rsid.R**: This script annotates the exposure and outcome data with the rsID.
