Offline-first field tool for identifying and verifying elderly and disabled persons missing from Zambia's social cash transfer beneficiary rolls. # Beneficiary Identification & Verification Tool — Prototype An offline-first field registration prototype for identifying and verifying elderly and disabled persons eligible for government social protection benefits (built with Zambia's Social Cash Transfer programme in mind). ## What it does - Registers a person offline (name, age, category, ID document, village, nominator) - Flags likely duplicate entries as you type - Lets a community verifier mark a record as confirmed, with a visual "verified" stamp - Tracks sync status (records persist on-device, sync when online) ## Run it Just open `index.html` in a browser, or serve it locally: ```bash python3 -m http.server 8000 ``` Then visit `localhost`. ## Status Prototype only — not connected to any real government system.
