Proposed Solution Develop a mobile AI assistant application that guides users in Kinyarwanda to successfully access public services. The app will act like a Digital Ambassador in the pocket, available 24/7. 4. Main Objectives Help citizens understand and complete Irembo services easily. Provide step-by-step guidance in Kinyarwanda. Reduce long queues at Irembo agents. Support Digital Ambassadors and SAP centers. Protect users from scams by verifying suspicious SMS and links. 5.
