The page is behind a light access phrase (client-side only — obscurity, not security). It is `noindex`. ## Contents - `index.html` — the whole document. Single file, no build step, no external dependencies except Google Fonts. The 111-issue register, the VIAC linkage, volumes and invalids data are inlined, and the footer download links are generated from that same inlined data, so a downloaded file can never drift from what the page argues. - `robots.txt` — noindex. `index.html` is the deployable unit and has no build step. The parts it was assembled from (`src/`, `build.py`, `data/`) live with the handoff pack; add them here if you want to regenerate rather than edit in place. ## Versy Every section carries a `✎ Notes` control and a `data-ver` version stamp. Opening it shows written guidance on how that section is meant to be changed — what drives its numbers, what will break, what must not be softened — and a box to leave a change note. Notes are held in browser storage and queued for Versy, the versioning agent; the dock at bottom right copies or exports the whole queue as JSON. Section versions are bumped when a section's *argument* changes, not when a typo is fixed. Every bump adds a row to the version history in §14. ## Handling The raw WhatsApp export is deliberately **not** in this repository — it contains personal phone numbers and identifiable clinical staff. Nothing published here names a participant; facility names and roles only. No patient-level data.
