This repository contains the survey questionnaire, research objectives, study design, and data collection framework. # Menstrual Product Choices and Accessibility Survey ## Project Overview This repository presents the design and development of a Google Forms questionnaire created to investigate menstrual product choices, affordability, accessibility, and the impact of inflation on menstrual hygiene management among women in Nigeria. The project demonstrates the survey design phase of a data collection process, including the formulation of research objectives, development of structured questionnaire items, and selection of variables for future quantitative analysis. --- ## Background Menstrual hygiene management remains an important public health issue, particularly in low- and middle-income countries where access to affordable menstrual products and adequate sanitation facilities may be limited. In addition, rising inflation can influence the affordability of menstrual products, potentially affecting women's purchasing decisions and menstrual hygiene practices. This questionnaire was designed to collect primary data that can be used to explore these issues. --- ## Study Objective To design a structured survey instrument for collecting data on menstrual product choices, affordability, accessibility, and the effects of inflation among women in Nigeria. --- ## Research Questions The survey was designed to answer the following questions: - Which menstrual products are most commonly used? - What factors influence menstrual product choice? - How much do respondents spend on menstrual products? - Does inflation affect menstrual product purchasing decisions? - Do respondents have access to clean water and private sanitation facilities during menstruation? - Does the cost of menstrual products place a financial burden on respondents? - Has affordability affected attendance at school, work, or social activities? - How many menstrual products are typically purchased during each menstrual cycle? --- ## Study Design | Item | Description | |------|-------------| | Study Desig …
