Computational genomics and immunoinformatics methods were adopted and implemented to develop novel SARs-CoV-2 (COVID-19) vaccine candidate for South Africa. Futurework will focus on processing and analyzing newer variants of COVID-19 virus strain whole genome sequence data in South Africa as they emerge from time to time.
