We aim to standardize, preserve, and digitize our linguistic heritage. Most modern AI voice models do not understand African languages. Corafric aims to solve this through a **Two-Pillar Strategy**: ### Pillar 1: The Product (Audio Dictionary) A fully accessible, community-validated online dictionary. Users can search for words, see their definitions, and hear the exact tonal pronunciation. This preserves the language today and provides immediate value to learners and the diaspora. ### Pillar 2: The AI Engine (Sentence Studio) Behind the scenes, contributors record their voices reading full, natural sentences from our massive text corpus. This context-rich audio is the "oil" required to train the next generation of Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) neural networks.
