A tool for real-time decision-making and data sovereignty. # HOLD Uganda Spatial MEAL Dashboard ## Project Overview This repository contains a spatial monitoring framework developed for **HOLD Uganda**, specifically targeting the **NIYETU Sexual Reproductive Health (SRHR)** project. The dashboard transforms routine health data into geographic intelligence to identify service gaps in Kamuli, Buyende, and Lira. ## Key Features - **GIS-Integrated Mapping:** Visualises SRHR indicator performance across Kamuli Health Centres (HC II - HC IV). - **SQL Impact Auditing:** Automated queries to track Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA) growth in Kamuli Municipality. - **R-Based Risk Modelling:** Predicts "Hotspots" for health service stockouts at Nawanyago HC III and Mbulamuti HC III. ## Tech Stack - **Database:** PostgreSQL/PostGIS (Spatial Relational Data) - **Analysis:** R (tidyverse, sf, leaflet) - **Data Collection:** Kobo Collect / ODK
