Receive a patient request. 2. Classify the emergency level. 3. Calculate the patient's priority score. 4. Identify resources required for the case. 5. Remove unavailable, occupied, or medically unsuitable resources. 6. Evaluate the remaining feasible resources. 7. Compare response time, distance, workload, and suitability. 8. Select the best feasible resource. 9. Assign the resource to the patient. 10. Update resource and patient status in real time. ### Why This Algorithm? Unlike **FIFO**, the system prioritizes medical urgency rather than arrival order. Unlike **Nearest-Resource Selection**, it checks availability and constraints before considering distance.
