Sendy is hosting a Zindi challenge in partnership with insight2impact facility to predict the estimated delivery time of orders, from the driver pickup point to the point of arrival at the final destination.
The solution will help Sendy improve the communication with customers and improve the reliability of its service, which will ultimately improve the customer experience. Moreover, the solution would allow Sendy to realize cost savings and eventually reduce business costs by enhancing resource management and order scheduling planning.
