The Constituency Lens (TCL) is a ward-level civic accountability platform for Nigeria. It listens to public complaints on social media in English, Pidgin, Igbo, and Yoruba, tags them by ward, issue, and politician, and tracks whether what politicians promised matches what's actually happening on the ground.
