As the country moves toward formalizing its regulatory framework for insect-based foods, our research offers timely, evidence-based contributions to both science and policy. By assessing the sensory, cultural, and psychological acceptance of BSF-derived products, we highlight strong community receptiveness, particularly to processed forms, laying a solid foundation for integrating BSF into local diets.
