## Setup
```bash
pip install -r requirements.txt

## Running the Dashboard
```bash
pip install -r requirements.txt
streamlit run dashboard/app.py
```
Opens automatically at localhost. Navigate between Overview, Trends,
Forecasts, and Inclusion Projections using the sidebar.
