The project addresses organizational issues such as **gender inequality**, **pay gaps**, and **performance-based bonus allocation**, through data visualization and insights generation. --- ## 🏢 Project Background Palmora Group came under public scrutiny after a media report accused the company of being a male-dominated organization.
