Global location-adaptive weekly meal planner skill and reference engine # Adaptive Weekly Meal Planner A globally configurable weekly meal-planning system for households, schools, workers, and community programmes. It creates practical meal plans from local foods, household size, market observations, and user-confirmed availability. ## See it in a browser The fastest way to understand the result is the responsive browser dashboard. It needs Python 3.10 or newer and no third-party packages. ```bash git clone github.com cd Adaptive-Weekly-Meal-Planner python web_app.py ``` Open 127.0.0.1 on the computer. Enter a location, household members, and any foods confirmed by a local person. The dashboard presents: - the seven-day meal plan first; - household-scaled budget estimates; - price coverage and provisional-price labels; - local food confirmation and substitutions; - optional mapped food-access places from OpenStreetMap. The dashboard identifies the location's currency when the discovery option is enabled. The demonstration-price checkbox is only for testing the interface: those sample prices stay in their source currency and are never falsely converted. To show real local costs, connect market observations whose `currency` matches the detected local currency. Replace demonstration data before using the budget for decisions. When an exchange-rate service is available, the dashboard also shows an approximate equivalent, such as `USD 25.13` and `approximately RWF 36,932.81`. This is an exchange-rate conversion, not evidence that food costs that amount in the local market. ### View it on a mobile phone The Python server runs on the **computer**.
