Overview This repository contains the full, reproducible analysis behind a dual-track study of Ghana's hepatitis B/C, HIV, and tuberculosis burden: a 25-year (2000-2024) national treatment-cascade and trend analysis (hepatitis assessed as a single 2022 cross-section), paired with a district-level (261 MMDA) structural health-system-access vulnerability index.
