## 1. Requirements
- **Python 3.11+**
- A Telegram bot token (from @BotFather)
- An AI API key (OpenAI or any OpenAI-compatible provider) — *optional but recommended*

## 2. Python Installation
### Ubuntu / Debian
```bash
sudo apt update
sudo apt install python3.11 python3.11-venv python3-pip
```
### macOS (via Homebrew)

brew install python@3.11
```
### Windows
Download from python.org and install Python 3.11+.
Verify:
```bash
python3 --version
```

## 3. Virtual Environment Setup

Activate:

## 5. Creating the Telegram Bot with BotFather
1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
2. Send `/newbot`
3. Follow the prompts:
- Name: `Wells Carlton Concierge`
- Username: `wells_carlton_concierge_bot` (must end in `_bot`)
4. BotFather will give you a **bot token** like:
